At Cameron's Passion Hair, we are dedicated to providing premium wigs and hair extensions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in undamaged packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, (Provide proof of purchase) Please note that wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way, as well as products installed or customized after purchase, cannot be returned or exchanged. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of 2008, we offer refunds or exchanges for products with latent or patent manufacturer defects reported within the return period and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved, with credits applied to the original payment method within a specific number of days. For any delays, customers should recheck their bank or payment method and contact their bank or credit card provider, if necessary. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items are non-refundable.
